@Toseef68546228 @MSharifpourMD Some data for you. Pressors are safe in PIV, risk factors for extrav are <20g and distal to AC or popliteal, and in cases of extrav anything other than conservative mgmt is very rare. Do not delay to put in a CVL.

In the current database analysis, no association was found between the use of peripheral intravenous norepinephrine infusions used to counteract anesthesia-induced hypotension during elective surgical cases and adverse events.
